President

With over thirty years of construction and management experience in the environmental remediation industry, Rick has estimated, budgeted, and managed projects ranging from $100,000 to several million dollars. He has a proven track record in supervising and coordinating. Rick excels at creating and executing project construction plans, adapting them as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.

His extensive experience includes both residential and commercial construction, where he has provided leadership on numerous projects from initial conception to completion. Rick is highly motivated, dependable, and demonstrates professionalism in various organizational functions. He is certified in multiple health and safety courses, including confined space entry, hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, ladder and scaffolding use, mold remediation, and asbestos and lead abatement supervision.

Steve Muncila

Estimator/ Project Manager

Project Manager and Estimator Steven Muncila leverages fifteen years of high-level managerial experience to oversee and coordinate projects at every stage, from initial consultation and strategic planning to budget implementation, worksite supervision, and final project execution with ongoing quality assurance. Steve has obtained certifications through various health and safety training and continuing education programs, including confined space entry, hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, ladder and scaffolding use, mold remediation, and asbestos and lead abatement supervision.

Tyson Lovelace

Estimator/ Project Manager

Project Manager and Estimator Tyson Lovelace brings 22 years of industry experience, making him a distinguished professional uniquely qualified to lead complex projects from initial conceptualization to full operational status. He is certified in numerous training and continuing education programs, including confined space entry, hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, ladder and scaffolding use, mold remediation, and asbestos and lead abatement supervision.

Tiffany Lovelace

Administrative Professional

Office Manager and Administrative Professional Tiffany Lovelace has over two decades of successful experience in office management. Throughout her career, she has developed exceptional skills in team supervision and development, report and document preparation, accounts and bookkeeping, data management, workflow scheduling and planning, customer service, and project coordination.

Jon Wallen

Warehouse Manager

Jon Wallen serves as Warehouse Manager, expertly coordinating logistics, quality control, and process improvement. His keen eye for efficiency plays a crucial role in reducing costs, increasing revenues, and minimizing employee turnover. Jon has demonstrated strong negotiation skills with vendors and has successfully enhanced production with the existing staff.

Brittany Lovelace

Administrative Assistant

Brittany joined the Safe Environmental team in April 2020, bringing valuable administrative support to the organization. In her role, she assists with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and other essential office functions that help ensure the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Hugo Jimenez

Supervisor

Hugo is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field. Brought into the office from his supervisory role in the field, he now plays a critical role in project estimating and job coordination. His extensive knowledge of field operations provides valuable insight during the planning and budgeting phases of each project, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and practical execution.

Mike Wontorski

Warehouse Manager

Mike Wontroski joined the team as Warehouse Manager in May 2025. With a career in the abatement industry dating back to 1996, Mike brings decades of experience and deep industry knowledge. After recently retiring from the union, he chose to return to the workforce to take on this role with us. His responsibilities include those previously handled by Jon in the warehouse manager position.
