Over thirty years of construction and management experience in the environmental remediation industry. Estimated, budgeted and managed environmental projects from $100,000 to several million dollars. Rick has successful experience in the supervision, coordination and direction of over 300 employees. Creates and executes project construction plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Rick possess extensive residential and commercial construction experience having provided leadership to numerous projects from initial conception to completion, a highly motivated dependable and demonstrates professionalism in handling various organizational functions. Certified in several health and safety courses like confined space entry,hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lock out tag out procedures, ladders and scaffolding use, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement supervisor.

Steve Muncila

Estimator/ Project Manager

Project Manager and Estimator Steven Muncila capitalizes on fifteen years of high-end managerial experience to oversee and coordinate projects at every stage, from initial consultation, through strategic planning, budget implementation, worksite supervision, and ultimate project execution and ongoing quality assurance. Steve has earned certification through multiple in health and safety training and continuing education programs including, but not limited to, confined space entry, hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lock out tag out procedures, ladders and scaffolding use, mold remediation, and asbestos and lead abatement supervision.

Tyson Lovelace

Estimator/ Project Manager

Project manager and estimator, with 17 years in the industry, Tyson Lovelace is a distinguished professional whose experience and expertise make him uniquely suited to direction of the most complex projects from initial conceptualization through attainment of fully-operational status. Tyson is certified through numerous training and continuing education programs, including, but not limited to, confined space entry, hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lock out tag out procedures, ladders and scaffolding use, mold remediation, and asbestos and lead abatement supervision.

Office Manager and Administrative Professional Tiffany Lovelace possesses over two decades of successful experience in office management, during which she has developed and honed extraordinary skills in skills including team supervision and development, report and document preparation, accounts and bookkeeping, data management, workflow scheduling and planning, customer service, and project co-ordination.

Warehouse Manager

Jon Wallen serves as warehouse manager, expertly coordinating and facilitating logistics, quality control and process improvement. Jon's eye for efficiency is integral to reducing costs, increasing revenues, and minimizing employee turnover. He has proven skill in negotiating with vendors and increasing production with existing staff.
