Rick has successful experience in the supervision, coordination and direction of over 300 employees. Creates and executes project construction plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Rick possess extensive residential and commercial construction experience having provided leadership to numerous projects from initial conception to completion, a highly motivated dependable and demonstrates professionalism in handling various organizational functions. Certified in several health and safety courses like confined space entry,hazardous communications, personal protective equipment, lock out tag out procedures, ladders and scaffolding use, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement supervisor.
